Did you know this was a thing?! Most of us don’t, and even if we do, we don't pay attention to them because we're afraid they're overwhelming, filled with confusing jargon, or we just assume our doctor will tell us everything we need to know.
But he... more

Laila’s podcast is such an awesome resource for new moms! Highly recommend!
Podcast is good and informative but I just cannot stand listening to a 30 minute episode with 5 ads each 2/3 minutes long. I get we all have to make a living but it’s put me off and won’t be listening

The sleep training website mentioned is no longer available, which seems really weird to me. There are so many sleep training experts out there—why i... more

The “experts” are pseudoscientists, & I don’t get alot of info out of each episode even though it’s finished with Laila saying “Wow, that’s so much good information/I learned so much”. Her Instagram has become a platform for promoting products instead of a podcast. AMA Wednesdays used to be very useful, but has turned into her only answering targeted questions so she can promote makeup or laundry detergent. She also only a... more

Thank you Laila!
