I find content helpful. I like the way the panel explains different approaches like CBT and mindfulness. I would like them to include others like Emdr and how AI can make these more effective.
The pod comes at this from a great angle. It’s a thoughtful discussion while navigating such a tough and unique subject in 2026. Loving it!
Very insightful and of the moment. Also, the hosts sound like they’re very good-looking!
My first reaction to mixing AI and therapy was “oh you gotta be kidding me”.

Engaging hosts who cover super timely content that’s thoughtful and meaningful. Always fun listening to these folks talk!
