  • Helpful and caring

I find content helpful. I like the way the panel explains different approaches like CBT and mindfulness. I would like them to include others like Emdr and how AI can make these more effective.

  • Interesting to see where AI is headed in therapy

My first reaction to mixing AI and therapy was “oh you gotta be kidding me”.

I still feel that way, but this podcast is exploring what is already being done and where things are going.

One hook that got me was when the host said “people are going to try this out so therapists should understand what clients are doing outside of a therapy session”
