I have really been enjoying A Grateful Life. First, the title says it all - I think the world would be better served by focusing on what’s good and that we’re grateful for instead of the alternative. Second, the topics are wonderful and thought-provoking. As a yoga teacher, I’m particularly interested in utilizing yoga as a gentle way to work with our nervous systems. Every session I’ve listened to feels like I’m in conversation with a friend.
I came across Dr Lauren’s podcast recently and absolutely love it! She interviews some of my favourite yoga & wellness visionaries. She is engaging and easy to listen too. I’d highly recommend if you’re after something inspiring, thoughtful, and really well delivered 🙏🏻
