Always a great podcast and really makes you think.. well.. how you think. Loved the new one with Marcus and it really hits home the way he makes you think about how and why, you might be doing things. Plus how to change it. Keep up the great work guys and thank you 🙏🏼🙌🏼🙏🏼
Been following both these lads for awhile now on LinkedIn, started from episode 1 yesterday in my machine at work and haven’t turned them off, can’t wait to continue episode 9 tommorow morning. I’m on a massive self development journey and these podcasts were full of good information and the guys are great to listen too. Informative and hilarious. Going to work my way through the whole list. Cheers dudes 💪
No one really wants to hear this but the guys are right - there’s no safe level of drinking and alcohol (which is legal) has no positive effects on anyone’s performance unlike many other recreational substances (some legal some not…).
Generally enjoyable, the guys (and sometimes gals) are direct and honest. It’s a good listen.
Footnote : episode 42, pretty sure Prof David Nutt was fired by Alan Johnson not David Cameron. New Labour not conservative….
I love this podcast, honest hard truths from guys that have done the hard work themselves. Coming from the angle of doing what’s right for you, these episodes are full of little pockets of wisdom that are straight to the truth to help you get to where you want to be. Topics cover everything from alcohol free life, nutrition, relationships and achieveing what you want in your career. Top job guys 🙌

This show centers on high-performance tactics for founders and leaders, blending mindset work, sobriety, practical coaching, and no-nonsense business guidance. Across recent episodes, listeners often encounter topics like reframing self-criticism, boundary-setting, authentic leadership, relationship dynamics, and disciplined daily rituals. The format increasingly blends coaching-style interactions with personal stories, emphasizing actionable steps (habits, mindfulness, sleep, energy management) and a clear bias toward accountability and tangible progress. A notable strength is the founders-focused lens—combining personal development with business growth—delivered with candid, humorous hosts who value clarity over hype.
