Only staying for the guest definitely not the presenter. Dodge do some more research on your guest . You don’t seem to understand what the guests answers ,50% talking about your self . 50% the guest gets a word in. It should be about the GUEST
Having listened to many of the episodes it’s so refreshing to listen to Dodge get the best out of each guest. He allows them to talk, without interruption, actually listening to what they’re saying, allowing each story to ebb and flow into the next part or chapter of their life. A superb host and a great podcast with interesting guests.
Dodge is a great host and has a way of letting his guests fully express themselves whilst still asking interesting & thoughtful questions. Particularly enjoyed the latest episode featuring Farard Darver. A very inspiring interview and the dynamic between them both felt very natural and authentic.
New to Dodge. Really enjoyed listening to Founder #17 episode. Fascinating story. Good luck to Farard!
