So it turns out the host of this podcast texted the suspect 48 hours after Walker’s death, saying she knew he did the right thing and offering to defend him in the media against the ‘leftists.’
The Australian is a cult at the extreme fringe of our politics. The dregs of Australian conservatism fighting an endless, confected culture war, using big words to make themselves appear credible.
I came here hoping for an unbiased view of the case, but I was severely disappointed. I should have known from the podcast artwork that I wouldn’t be receiving that. The photos chosen show Kumanjayi as the big bad guy and Constable Rolfe as the meek happy guy, not an accurate representation. The fact that one of the hosts is a Sky News reporter should have been another red flag. There was no interviews with people from the Yuendumu community or Kumanjayi’s family, the narrative was totally biase... more
