Real Wealth: Common Sense Investing The Wealth Enhancement Way
Q: What should I prioritize for a young person just starting out financially, given all the options discussed?
Set up an emergency fund of three to six months of living expenses, contribute to a company retirement plan with any available employer match, consider a Roth IRA for growth and flexibility, and explore HSAs if eligible for additional tax-advantaged growth.
Women & Wealth (Happy Mother's Day)
Q: How can couples ensure both partners are involved in planning?
Encourage early involvement, provide education to build confidence, and structure meetings so both partners understand the numbers and the decision-making process, with a focus on collaboration rather than one person taking over.
