Just got done listening and really a motivational podcast! I was a good student and wrote down my goals. Love the detail and thought you made me put into them.
Thanks Coach!
Great podcast. I like how you separated process vs. outcome based goals. Looking forward to the next one.
I discovered this podcast recently, listened to the episode re: three tips and was in the gym a couple of days later doing bicep curls and I tried the grip tip. I tightened my grip on the weight and felt an incredible increase in strength. I was able to increase my dumb bell weight by 1 kg pretty much immediately! Fantastic tip! Such a simple improvement in technique made a powerful and immediate difference! You obviously know your stuff and I’ll be listening again!
Excellent!! You made goal setting sound so simple. I love the idea of visualization I’m going to implement this into my goals this year.
I’ve enjoyed both podcasts so far. Coach Rob is fun to listen too. He speaks on a level that is easy to understand and implement. He doesn’t sugar coat the process but motivates to shoot for the stars and how to trigger your mind to put your goals into action. I look forward to the next episode.
