i enjoyed this podcast until dr steph started a parenting podcast and uses this podcast not just to promote her new one but she's replaced "women seeking wellness" with the other one. saying that it's so important that even people that don't want a parenting podcast have to listen to it. i'll be deleting this from my library, i have no interest in a parenting podcast since my children are grown. i did however enjoy the original women seeking wellness but alas it no longer exists.
