The Wing Chun talk has help me with my Wing Chun philosophy and practice I listen to this every night and day it is my favorite podcast ever that I have ever listened too. The people brought in are very helpful and so is the host for the 14 years of experience in Wing Chun this had helped me with my many problems with my other martial arts.
