I have enjoyed the wide range of topics covered on this podcast from some very different people, each of whom is an expert in their field. I like the ‘Worth a look section’ where the experts recommend books, films, other podcasts etc.
I particularly enjoyed the episode on forest bathing whilst walking the dogs in the woods. Felt very apt!
