I have learned so much from Weight What? Leah is super supportive and encourages me to not give up. There’s a way to work around any situation. Kamna gives me so much information about kinds of food, food combos, and nutritional information. Leah and Kamna discuss many issues and one gets both sides of information. Great podcast!
Phenomenal women being honest and transparent about their journeys and considering how they relate to others. The banter flows easily between the two and is short enough so as not to overwhelm the listeners. “I like it”! 💓
I really enjoy the raw honesty in this show. Highly recommend!
I’ve listened to several episodes. There is a lightness to some difficult conversations around weight, and body image. They are always encouraging to one another while asking (and answering) some delving questions while discussing the topic of the week. Each of the ladies perspectives help me realize some of my feelings around food and weight are completely normal.
Love these ladies…….and their wisdom! Thank you
