人生歪斜，身體不歪，我是阿正人生歪斜，身體不歪，我是阿正 《從94歲阿嬤開始的整復之路》 有一天，我看著94歲的阿嬤坐在沙發上，雙手扶著膝蓋，慢慢站起來的樣子，心裡突然很不是滋味。她的背有些駝，走路也變得慢了，每一步都像在提醒我：「身體會變老，但疼痛不該是必然。」 我開始思考：如果我能學會一些方法，不只能幫阿嬤舒緩不適，也許，我可以讓家裡每個人都更健康。 所以我踏上了整復的學習之路。 這條路不簡單，有理論、有實作，有很多「欸？原來身體會這樣連動！」的驚奇，也有不少「手太酸了吧...」的崩潰。 但每當我幫阿嬤輕揉完肩膀、她說「比較舒服了喔」的那一瞬間，我就知道—— 這條歪歪斜斜的學習人生，是值得的。 這就是我做這個Podcast的原因。 我是傳統整復推拿師，也是一位孫子。 歡迎你跟我一起，一邊笑、一邊學，一邊讓我們關心的人更健康。 Powered by Firstory Hosting
