Wow. If you have ever dieted in your life (or spent your whole life chasing a number on the scale), this podcast is for you. She presents the science along with real world experience coaching clients to help you challenge the diet and exercise dogma. My only regret is that I didn’t have this great information 30 years ago. She’s very easy to listen to and I look forward to each new episode.
Sarah plssss work on your public speaking. It doesn’t matter how great the content of your podcast is, every other word out of your mouth is the word “like”, making it almost unbearable to listen to you ☹️
The episode with Kait touched on a real problem I see all to much. To many people struggle with eating disorders and reverse dieting out of them. I believe BDD( Body Dysmorphic Disorder) has a role in being the culprit as well. Keep up the good work!
