Jess and Tamara bring such refreshing authenticity to a needed topic of discussion in today’s world. I love that they bring a beautiful mix of wisdom, warmth and practical tools that make complex topics like the Enneagram and Attachment Theory easy to understand. I also love how they connect everything back to our God-given design and emphasize healing at the root level. It’s such a needed podcast and I can’t wait to keep listening and learning from them! You ladies are doing Kingdom work!
What I appreciate most about this podcast is the way it balances depth with accessibility. The hosts, both trauma-informed coaches, create a space that feels safe enough to explore hard but necessary topics, and their approach is rooted in both lived experience and professional insight. I loved the discussion of self compassion and knowing that I am beloved of God. I am worthy of his love without being perfect. As a perfectionist, this is critical for me. Self compassion can keep me out of a shame spiral when I am triggered by something. I also loved the reminder that tone is important as we communicate with others. And I learned that noticing, naming and nurturing can help me when I am triggered. This was a very helpful podcast for me.
I enjoyed learning from these ladies about attachment and so glad they have a podcast now. I will be back.
I love listening to Tamara and Jess and I feel like I am in a room with them having a rich conversation. They do such a great job breaking down topics where it’s easy to follow along and I’m captivated to want to hear more. It’s helping me think through my own patterns and giving me a fresh ways to see things. I really appreciate how it’s helping me think through healthy ways of approaching the things of life for myself and in my relationships with others. Can’t wait to hear more!
