Much needed at this time in my life. Thank you so much.
I’ve been listening a few weeks and I enjoy her interviews and her style. I just finished the interview with Joe and they could tag team. They are so strong and the way they discussed anxious attachment and how one feels in a relationship and the useful ways to help yourself really hit. Thank you for the podcast. I hope people will find your podcast and find it as useful as I.

Attachment styles are NEW to me, and I have never been able to out to words the WHY behind my feelings. I always find great nuggets in how to become more secure in myself and my relations.
Hands down the best!
