Thais is credible and a great host. She makes her information relatable and easy to understand!
I love the information and it’s so valuable! She just talks really fast and it’s hard to catch all the details. Even listening at .75 speed I have to re-listen sometimes because I can’t catch all the words. But overall, really, really great information. Just wish she would slow down a little 🙂
Found your podcast, great so far, however, it distracting when you constantly interrupt your guests with filler exclamations of “wow, that is great, I loved that” or do not allow your guest to finish their thought or explanation. Example podcast was when you interviewed Dr. Joe Dispenza. Your interruptions was distracting.
Thais is such a great host and I love the way she communicates with her guest. Her episode on panic attacks was so enlightening and I really took her strategies to heart. Myself as well as my daughter have suffered from panic attacks and I enjoyed the neurological response behind why it happens and how to help.
Learning about attachment style has really helped me have more compassion for myself and my partner. Just what I needed - thank you! more
