In eight minutes or less, listeners will learn the backstories and lasting impact of some of the biggest names and milestones in running history, plus some they might not... more

  • Fun historical pod about running!

Hillary is a great follow on Instagram so I figured I’d listen to the pod to give her some support. It isn’t your typical running pod but instead presents some history on each day. I’m so glad I gave it a shot, because I am hearing new stories and learning what I wouldn’t just from listening to mainstream running pods!

  • Love the variety!

Love the mix of obscure/weird topics mixed with better-known events and people, and coverage of people who haven’t traditionally been well represented in the media. Also love the bloopers :)
