Oh man. Just read the script. You keep emphasizing weird words in slow motion. You must be trying to emulate someone? It isn’t working for you. Just read it in your normal voice, not like you’re playing a character.
Not enough information
This is poor quality stuff. Very brief episodes, no depth. Storytelling- by that I mean the way 'facts' are presented has a storytelling approach rather than factual.
The most irritating thing is the voice and presentation style- it is like an awful You Tube channel voice and very affected. Unbearable.
I have really enjoyed watching this podcast grow.
I see some unfair reviews but also some constructive criticism. The volume of the music should never overshadow your voice.
One thing I can say that I think is a good step forward, is the short interviews you’ve occasionally had with victim’s families and friends.
Podcasts with shorter episodes may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but you’re doing the right thing in getting these cases out there.
