    Full disclosure, I was a guest on Chris's Therapy Talks podcast. However, when I was asked to be a guest, I went back and started listening to the episodes, and I found them to be really insightful about the experiences that shape us. Chris is a counsellor and psychotherapist, and the way he gets his guests to open up and discuss their work, achievements, challenges, and life experiences is fascinating.
