  • Not just for management!

Love the podcast. Each episode is so helpful and provides guidance and clarity on the struggles I face as an associate vet in GP. Advice is always sound, kind, explained thoroughly, and prioritizes the business and the people. Wish I could have Steph and Andy in my back pocket everyday - I’m not in management but still fall into a leader position. This podcast helps me understand the management team, the support staff, and supports my position as someone in the middle.
