There are a lot of business of sport shows out there, usually laced with opinion & short on facts, this show is calmer, with lots of data presented by people in the know.

Inside the Deal: Novuna sponsorship deal ushers in a new era for UK athletics
Q: How does the deal work, what are the nuts and bolts, and what are the key values and inventories involved?
The deal runs from 2025 to 2029 with a rights fee in the region of 2–2.5 million pounds per year. Novuna gains title sponsorship of the Novuna London Athletics Meet (a Diamond League event), title sponsorship of the UK Athletics Championships (including indoor), and the ability to badge the vest at international events when World Athletics permits. Rocket Sports handles sales for Athletic Ventures and helped secure the deal, aiming to align elite competition with grassroots participation to benefit both ends of the sport.

Investors are seeking greater control, including unbundling media rights from the ECB, more voting rights for teams, and assurances around the tournament's run before a seven-year term, with expectations that announcements will be imminent.
The SportBusiness Podcast Q&A: Whither Fifa? Is the pay-TV sports model broken? Captive Canada, Hundred fees and more.

Qatar Airways and American Airlines are not direct competitors but have a strategic partnership that allows reciprocal travel benefits, enabling broader network reach and joint activation rather than simple competition.
The SportBusiness Podcast Q&A: Whither Fifa? Is the pay-TV sports model broken? Captive Canada, Hundred fees and more.
Q: How will FIFA commercially approach the Club World Cup after the last edition – bundling with FIFA partners or treating it as a standalone property?
The consensus in the discussion is that the Club World Cup will more likely be pursued as a separate sponsorship entity rather than automatically included in traditional FIFA partner packages, reflecting both market appetite and brand distinctions.
Inside the Deal: A changing of the guard at the Saudi Pro League
Q: Who are the key players in this deal and what were their competing positions?
The bidders included Thmanyah for the Saudi Pro League's domestic coverage, DAZN, and NBC Group; SRMG ultimately won, presenting a strategy centered on youth reach and a free-to-air element alongside a paid 4K option.
