I feel like this could be done more thoughtfully and eloquently, with actual music bumpers for the breaks and being thoughtful about not cutting to an ad mid-sentence. It makes me think that it’s automated by the podcast hosting site they are using or by an AI, but I w... more

  • Pretty good but the ads…

The ads start in the middle of your sentences and many of them are abrasive/shocking. It’s hard to listen to. Good concept for the podcast though

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Lorna Luxe On Out-Earning her older husband, building an empire through grief, and why ultimate status symbols are a scam
Q: What would you tell someone to stay and listen to today if they're hesitant?
Lorna emphasizes resilience, authenticity, and the idea that being yourself and caring for your community are core to long-term success.
The Networking Playbook Every Woman Needs to Get Rich
Q: How do you stay believing in the woman you're becoming when you see little proof in the present moment?
Belief is grounded in momentum, gratitude, and reminding yourself of your value. Build a daily practice of noting progress, leverage your lived experiences, and keep taking small, consistent steps that compound over time.
The Networking Playbook Every Woman Needs to Get Rich
Q: Are there pros or cons to dating someone older or younger when you are building a startup?
Age gaps can work if both partners share ambition and respect, but it is more about compatibility and a supportive dynamic than age itself. The speaker emphasizes partnership, shared goals, and the ability to focus on entrepreneurial pursuits while maintaining balance.
The Networking Playbook Every Woman Needs to Get Rich
Q: How do I start a business when I'm not sure what yet?
Don't rush to start a business just for the sake of starting. Find a clear why and a real problem you want to solve. Use a strong purpose to push through hard times, and only begin when you have a compelling reason and a path forward.
Hayley Paige: What I Wish I Knew Before My Name Became The Brand (it almost cost me everything)
Q: So you're 25, you have this interview, it takes a year to get there, they're giving you a contract. What happens when you get the contract?
The contract came quickly with urgency to deliver a collection; the optimism of a young designer led to signing before fully understanding leverage, and it set the stage for a long negotiation that eventually exposed how high the stakes could be, including the need to hire a lawyer and protect future value.
