  • Resolve the interruptions

    Emma, your enthusiasm is wonderful and your guests are fantastic! Please stop interrupting them. It leaves their ideas incomplete. If anything, circle back after the interruption. Steve Bartlett will interrupt but circle back to the original idea. And I think he is a good example of how you could effectively make this change.
