  • Privilege and Perception ep.

Pausing to say I really appreciate the diffrentiation of their trajectory vs people who are really true starting from scratch. Them acknowledging that their privilege - the kind that no one cares to mention - comes from being in room with powerful people and learning how to navigate these spaces. Not them being handed the opportunity but them being handed tools to pair with their wits and talent to be able to excel.
