The only thing that makes me look forward to the ironing. I love the open conversation and people truly sharing information we want to know, no gate keeping here.

I’d love to know more info like how long videos take to film, or do these people have stylists all the time. Or for the Space NK trip, how did the guests plan their outfits i.e do brands reach out before they go etc?

  • Favourite Podcast!!

This has quickly become one of my favourite podcasts (along with Grace Beverly’s)! Truly grateful to hear from so many amazing female founders - The vast majority or entrepreneur podcasts have such a masculine energy and I don’t find that very relatable as a young female entrepreneur. Thank you!!

  • Great guests

Really great guests and interesting stories, however would love to know more! For example: how much did you start your business with to Sam Faiers and were you scared if it didn’t work out? Rochelle feels very surface level and no real meat for someone at the beginning of their entrepreneurial journey! Also Rochelle takes a very long time to ask a question… like Jo Malone ep; she could have just asked - how does it feel to have a brand out there with your name that you do not own: instead there ... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Why Every Entrepreneur Needs Better Friends | Frankie James Founder of Ideas Fest
Q: What was the biggest challenge launching such a festival during the pandemic?
The pandemic paused events, so they pivoted to webinars and then outdoor formats; a key breakthrough was subletting an existing festival to test the concept, which reduced risk and allowed them to focus on content and community.
Why Every Entrepreneur Needs Better Friends | Frankie James Founder of Ideas Fest
Q: Tell us about the Ideas Fest and how it works.
Ideas Fest is like a Glastonbury for business: thousands of entrepreneurs in a field for two days with content, speakers, and a heavy emphasis on real human connection and informal interaction that leads to collaborations, investments, and new partnerships.
Behind JSHealth: Jessica Sepel on Bootstrapping, Vitamins & Protecting Women's Trust
Q: What was the biggest challenge bootstrapping JS Health vitamins, and how did you overcome it?
The challenge was funding and competing with big brands; we leaned into premium ingredients, small-scale runs, and a flagship launch that proved the concept through real customer results, not advertising alone.
Behind JSHealth: Jessica Sepel on Bootstrapping, Vitamins & Protecting Women's Trust
Q: Tell us how your online presence influenced your decision to launch the vitamins line.
My online community and years of helping women with food and body confidence created a natural feedback loop that showed which ingredients and formulations actually helped, making a private-practice concept scalable into a product line.
Building NEOM: Nicola Elliott on £45M Turnover, 150 Products & Self-Funding vs Investment
Q: What non-negotiables do you consider essential for running a business?
Attitude, integrity, and staying true to NEOM's values; being a good egg and challenging the status quo are the core non‑negotiables that guide decisions and interactions.
