The format for this show was spot on. Thank you for a true crime show that flows as a story instead of hosts bantering back and forth.
Could you tell me the lead in song with the mariachi style? Loved it!
This was an incredible story, quite unbelievable, except that it was true! it was also fascinating learning about the history of Guatemala through this true crime lense and I wish more shows were this substantial. My only criticism would be that there was too much recapping and reviewing, I know it’s a complicated tale, but it seemed redundant at times, to the point where I skipped ahead, which is something I rarely do with a podcast.
I’ve been so bored w American true crime, its exhausting repetition and askew ethical compass.
I learned things. Thank you. A+.
Really worth a listen. I thought ha why is there so many episodes but then when he really gets into what the last few episodes are about they’re really important and they really speak truth to the world we live in today. This is the first review I’ve ever written on a podcast you did really great.
This podcast was incredibly well researched, but also narratives with clarity and humor. A stunning work!
