Arsh has been around the block a few times with property and has a wealth of knowledge which he freely imparts through this great channel.

There’s many aspects of these podcasts that are great, from the clear concise and simple way it’s all presented. How comprehensive across such a vast spectrum the info is.
Not to mention, that its amazing that so much valuable information is still available completely free.
Although for me, the best thing is; Arsh is natural educator and I bet he doesn’t even realise how rare and valuable in so many ways, that skill is.
