I have been listening to your podcast for just over a week and I am hooked. I am burning both ends by listening to episode 1 upwards for background and basics, and also the most recent podcasts for more up-to-date nuggets.
I feel I have gained ten books and six months worth of research and learning in the last 10 days and I am most profoundly grateful. I aim to buy my first buy-to-let in the next 2 years depending on how many cappuccinos and MacMuffins my wife and I can skip.
Power to you.
The only podcast I listen to religiously without fail. The Property podcast is a calming metronome of sense and reason in a sea of get rich quick nonsense. Keep up the good work 💪🏼
Amazing Thankyou for your help. Loading up on knowledge and moving forward with your help

Thanks to Rob and Rob I am truly hooked, started buying in 2016... now have 23 BTL of my own plus 10 I have sourced for my business partner and look after one for a friend All systemised takes me 2 hours a week.... Just had our first eviction which is not bad after all this time self managing.

Two UK property investing hosts share data-backed market updates, policy changes, and practical strategies for building a buy-to-let portfolio. Recent episodes mix macro indicators (house prices, rents, mortgage rates) with policy shifts like renters' rights reforms and Making Tax Digital, then pivot to actionable investing tactics, remote property management, and project-level decision making. The show stands out for its pragmatic, data-informed approach, long-running reader/learner focus, and a balance between nuanced market analysis and hands-on investor guidance. Listeners likely value calm, evidence-based discussions, real-world examples, and a willingness to address both opportunities and risks without hype.
