Positive: there are portions of the content which are really helpful and useful. Can be informative and generally each podcast can offer points to take away / reflect on to support. However… Not so positive: some episodes seem to completely centre around a sales pitch of using wider services and benefit of their training etc.. which leaves a really sour feeling as to the reasons for the content being produced in the first place.
