Burnham as anointed a bunch of pro Israel supporters what does that mean he has told us he is no humanitarian he also not truthful and is aligned to lies of begonia from two corrupt countries who stated these wars
Do you really believe barnham is the second coming no he is not he will crash the economy as he gets trapped in a forever war made by USA and Israel

Really disappointed by the episode on 'Manchesterism' when the guest by his own admission didn't know much about Manchester's economy. Worse, neither did Merryn or John, which begs the question why bother with the episode? What could have been an interesting episode examining how Manchester has transformed its economy over the past 35 years, boosted its population, and built its transport infrastructure whilst taking a pro-business approach ended up merely concluding that Burnham simply wants to... more
I enjoy listening to most interviews, especially ones that have a strict finance focus and provide contrarian views on how to approach investing. The first time home buyer series was also extremely informative. However, as the flagship UK offering from Bloomberg, it would be great if Merryn and John could offer a bit more balance beyond their current anti government rhetoric and right wing views. Maybe it would be beneficial to have guests with alternative views to counter their arguments and of... more
A decent show, generally informative and enjoyable but I find the inability of the hosts to separate their personal politics from the reality of markets means they are relatively frequently incorrect on a whole host of issues.
To hear that you need to get out of the way as a government and just let expansion of oil production in the North Sea go ahead irked me. The point of government is to protect its citizens across not just the short term, but over decades. Climate change is being felt right now and to say government should just let markets decide what’s best for the whole population in terms of energy is missing what government is about. A bit more balance and thought to comments the presenters make would make ... more

The show combines practical investing discourse with high-level macro context, featuring conversations with fund managers, strategists, Bloomberg experts, and other financial thinkers. Episodes frequently center on capital markets, asset allocation, AI-driven demand, macro themes, and private markets, often weaving in real-world case studies (semiconductors, energy, real estate) and governance or policy angles. A notable strength is the relaxed, conversational tone that still yields rigorous analysis, making complex topics accessible while delivering actionable takeaways for savers and investors. The format's mix of guest expertise and host dynamics tends to appeal to financially literate listeners who want nuanced, multi-perspective market... more
