I find all the episodes useful but especially the Lord John Lee interviews. Very insightful
Enjoy both the regular weekly podcast but a special mention goes to the Lee and the IC series for a great in depth conversation looking at smaller stocks in much more detail.
The weekly podcast is good with a round up of market news along with company specific updates. I like their style - informative yet not flashy and very British.
