  • My world was totally and quite literally, thrown off balance after suffering a concussion. I am learning to live with post concussion syndrome. This podcast has been instrumental in navigating this journey. It is so difficult to find resources and support with this injury. As a concussion survivor herself, Bella gets it and she has created an amazing resource with this podcast. I highly recommend this podcast for medical professionals, survivors and their caregivers.
