My favorite narc podcast. I’ve been “free” for three and a half years. I’m happily married now to a wonderful man, but I still have flashbacks and triggers. I can sadly still get choked up over the past AND I can still question myself. Ashlee is right; it’s the worst kind of abuse and I wonder if the hurt will ever completely go away. Thanks for creating this awesome content. It still helps to know we’re not alone. Wishing peace for you, and all of your listeners, sweet Ashlee.

I loved the New Beginnings one… I really admire how Ashlee can just be herself and share her own true heart emotions! It’s so comforting to know someone actually gets what you are going through! Thank you Ashlee for being there for us! I enjoying listening every week!
I’ve listened to a lot of Narc abuse podcasts and this one hits the nail on the head. The vulnerability is what sets Ashlee apart and the healing tips are so relevant. Would love to hear about the long term effects of fight or flight, adrenaline, highs lows etc on your body and mind. Keep it up. You’re amazing xxx
