I hesitate to make episodes like this because "mental advice" from people is usually vague and hard to implement. I also don't want to sound preachy, like I don't struggle with these exact things I'm "teaching." But I wanted to make it because I've f... more

Matt puts in a ton of work to make this show happen - from minisodes full of valuable tips and wisdom to full episodes with awesome guests and enlightening conversations. It’s no surprise it was my top podcast on Spotify for 2020. Matt is an excellent host and grade-A dude. Cheers from TN!
Excellent podcast! - the title says it all - “More than Fitness”. Hits a ton of topics to include fitness and surrounding areas of life - mental health, self improvement. All things that will impact your fitness goals and are very important to discuss.
Matt knows his stuff when it comes to fitness and overall well being. He is super knowledgeable and one of the most down to earth guys in the health industry.
Matt is honest and true and treats his podcast like it is a conversation over a production. I almost always have a heart reaction when he is talking through the perspectives of people who inspire him and connects these to fitness but also to so many other situations. I’ve been on a binge for a couple days listening to episodes and plan to continue until I’m all caught up!
