  • One of my favorites!

    If you’re a functional fitness coach or gym owner this is a must listen. I listen while I clean the floors and there is always a take away for me. MDV and Max have a fantastic chemistry which always makes it a fun listen. Level up you’re coaching and open up your mind to new ideas via some of the best in the game.

    I am not a coach but general fitness enthusiast yet I still really enjoy listening to MDV and co, so much related content, food for thought and laughs in this podcast. Always interesting , I mostly listen in the car on the way to work whilst drinking a coffee. Surprisingly all topics perfectly related across the pond too. Thanks to MDV brilliant guy who practices what he preaches.
