I recently discovered this podcast about a month ago and since then my mindset has improved and things just make sense as to why is just wasn’t working for me.
I absolutely bloody love listening to this every week and it’s become a real treat in the week. Nicky is always in my ears, in the car, cleaning, working, dog walking she’s there!! She’s my new pocket friend.
I would highly recommend to anyone especially those who just feel frustrated or stuck within their business
I listen when I’m driving and had two episodes to catch up on and they didn’t disappoint. So much so that I used the tools from What Do You want as soon as I got into work.
Working with someone who tries to make what you do small so they feel better about themselves, I was sat in a meeting and o cow again it happened so rather than laugh it off as I normally would - I very calmly addressed his behaviour, set my boundaries and carried on our meeting.
