Thank you Peter !! I’m thankful for each participant’s vulnerability and honesty. I feel connected to each one. I breathe a little deeper each time!!

I’ve listened to Lionie 6 times and each time I get another piece of myself. Words take away some of the proudness for me that this work does.

This guy is not a licensed or trained therapist, counselor, nor does he have a degree or education in any field of mental health. He is a celebrity. After listening to the “Finding Freedom from Carrying by it All with Vicky” episode, I am disgusted and appalled. He is a danger to people with mental health issues, traumas, and struggles. His “coaching” of people with these issues is egregious and puts them at risk.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

18. Finding Freedom from People Pleasing with Hanane
Q: What is it like walking around now as an adult woman, intelligent with aspirations, but not free to be you?
She describes living with a persistent sense of not being free to express joy or creativity, a reaction to childhood safety needs that followed into adulthood, and the consequent hesitancy to fully pursue her hypnotherapy practice and courses; the host reframes this as a transition from constraint to potential self-actualization.
18. Finding Freedom from People Pleasing with Hanane
Q: So what would you say could be one of the reasons that Hanane is up against this constraint?
She connects the constraint to early childhood safety: a protective bubble formed to avoid the mother's fury, which later became a pervasive internal narrative that makes self-expression feel dangerous. This framing helps her see the constraint as a story she can rewrite rather than an immutable truth.
11. Finding Freedom from Addiction and Chronic Illness with John
Q: What might that also mean about you?
That they're not worth anything, but it's actually about feeling that you are not wanted.
11. Finding Freedom from Addiction and Chronic Illness with John
Q: What is the significance of that story? What does that keep intact for you?
It allows me to tell a story with others of my history that gives a narrative that justifies some current feelings of worthlessness.
