Rudi has such a beautiful language about life. I don’t know how, but she makes sense of MY personal life through her mic without even talking to me personally. It’s magic! Her metaphors and her expertise in the psychology world, make this podcast such an easy listen and also leave me pondering. I look forward to every new episode!
This is such a thoughtful and calming listen! Rudi is obviously very knowledgeable about the information she is sharing and is coming from a place of expertise but also empathy. I love the blend of ideas about over-functioning from the perspective of Taylor Swift tracks. I’m excited to listen to every episode.
Rudi has some fantastic insights that are clearly grown from study, but also personal experience. I’m so grateful for people willing to share what they’re learning or how they’re struggling in attempts to help and strengthen those around them.
Thank you Rudi for this podcast it is help me find compassion for my self in the confusion of trauma.
It already feels like she’s talking to a good friend about the things you keep for the safety of trusted person.
