It’s not filtered for bias, expertise or accuracy so more than half are authors and salespeople hawking something. But it’s a rare and needed platform for public health information that organized medicine otherwise censors. Look especially for supplements generally, especially vitamins D and K2 and magnesium as these are presented concisely and are most important to most people. If you listen to 10-20 episodes on gut health, you can piece together another important knowledge area.
I really love the information and MOSTLY the detailed show notes!!!! Bomb
