It’s not filtered for bias, expertise or accuracy so more than half are authors and salespeople hawking something. But it’s a rare and needed platform for public health information that organized medicine otherwise censors. Look especially for supplements generally, especially vitamins D and K2 and magnesium as these are presented concisely and are most important to most people. If you listen to 10-20 episodes on gut health, you can piece together another important knowledge area.
I really love the information and MOSTLY the detailed show notes!!!! Bomb
I like the podcast. Stomach acid is key. I increase my acid with apple cider vinegar..omega3 is very helpful in reducing inflammation..also cutting down the use of vegetable oils because its full of omega6 which cause inflammation

Functional Medicine Radio show is definitely doing a great job. Excessive screen time can damage our brain-I can totally resonate with your recent episode. It's a fact that we're overwhelmed with our phone so we lose focus and some areas of the brain are not being used. To avoid damaging our brain, learn to log off. Take a break. Have fun with family and friends.
Dr. Carri and her guests provide some incredibly compelling content that’s geared to help you take actionable steps to live a healthier, more well-rounded life.
