As a white belt currently, I enjoyed listening to The Formless Podcast. The Tyler and Dustin duo welcomed beginners and were refreshing to listen to as they shared their lives and love of karate . I particularly liked the story about emptying your cup so it can be filled (i.e. not assuming you know everything so you can then learn from others). There is a bit to learn being a white belt so having humble Senseis lead the way in “emptying their cups” was so very inspiring. 💗
I love this podcast and can’t wait for a new one to air.
