Great podcast I used while pregnant and during labor and it was so helpful I successfully had my first baby with no pain medication and was prepared to advocate for myself and my baby after she was here and I thank my support system and this podcast for that 👍👍
Just found this podcast at 37 weeks and I will be binging it until I go into labor! I appreciate that the meditations are shorter in length because it makes it easier for me to squeeze it into a busy day or squeeze it in on a day when I don’t feel like doing anything to be honest!
I used some of the mantras/mediations during pregnancy and during labor. Jasmine is awesome. It’s worth listening to while pregnant!
Such a great judgement-free pregnancy and birth podcast. Every episode/meditation I am like, “Wow! This is exactly what I needed to hear.” Or “I really could’ve used this last pregnancy.” Thank you for this resource!
These meditation practices have really helped me with my pregnancy. I’m calmer, more positive and the affirmations ground me each day.
Great quality! These are really helping me! I haven’t done much meditation so the short sessions help me actually do it and build stamina.
These meditations have helped me relax and enjoy my pregnancy. And I am even starting to look forward to the birth.
I went into labor 11/21 at home and decided to labor at home until the pain became unbearable or until my water broke. I listened to these positive affirmations for more than 6 hours and it was very helpful because each one seemed to relate to things I was concerned about or thought about. I highly recommend.
This is such a wonderful offering to pregnant women, especially now!
This is a very relaxing and centering meditation.
