  • So informative

I am new to herbalism and listened to two interviews on this show with Dr. Low Dog. She explained the wonderful and practical uses for many herbs. I’ve listened to quite a few podcasts that were supposed to teach about different herbs and their uses but instead just heard a lot of talk and stories that really didn’t teach me anything.

Thank you for giving actual insight and advice!
