Thank you for producing this episode. Highly Recommended for all of us practitioners who deal with patients everyday.

I have a conscientious objection to this law, UNLESS the eligibility criteria will include Maximum palliative care input before a patient gets approval. If exceptional palliative care provision happens, then no one will actually need to use this law.

Robert explains that they need to establish the purpose for becoming a company and assess risk, liability, and future service provision.
How neighbourhoods could affect GP and PCN contracts
Q: Do you see this single neighbourhood contract as being something that will replace PCNs?
It may replace PCNs in the long term, but not in the short term due to the necessary changes involved.
How neighbourhoods could affect GP and PCN contracts
Q: What do you think the framework will aim to address?
Robert believes the framework will be limited but aims for increased collaboration and integration among ICBs.
GP contract predictions, uncertainty over neighbourhoods, tackling the GP jobs crisis
Q: How likely is it that the BMA will get the changes it has requested?
The BMA is not expecting massive changes for 26-27 to the basic GP contract, indicating limited changes seem likely.
