  • Irritating

The word “umm” is not the greatest word when you’re trying to learn therapy. It is a word that lets your listeners know that you’re not confident.

Audio: This is the main reason for the one star. I could not handle listening to Anthony breathe anymore. I got through 5 episodes.

  • Confused

The doctor seems interesting. But why is there a game show host on this podcast w her? The tedious quiz on Dr Beck was confusing and a complete turn off during the second episode. I’ll have to find another CBT podcast.
