  • AUTHENTIC + NECESSARY!!!

Those are the first two words that come to mind when I listen to these episodes. Not only do Mario and Asia have an AMAZING flow of energy throughout, but they are also CONSISTENTLY providing important discussion topics and content that is transparent, informative, and relevant to the times. HIGHLY recommended for anyone looking to build language/dialogue around mental health as individuals and communities.
