  • Love the podcast

Great podcast, excellent selection of guest interviewees and topics.

On piece of constructive criticism: the cold open is way too long and confusing. A cold open quote is usually 5-10 seconds and easily sums up one key talking point, acting as a hook/promise that captives the listener and orients them all at once. The long quote (1min?) leaves a listener disoriented and trying to figure out where they are, and it can lead to skipping to a different podcast right away. If possible, take a look... more

  • Enlightening !

I nearly didn’t listen as not an ADHD topic but the explanations and content is absolutely fascinating and I am intrigued to learn more.

I’m curious to know if this research and information may have a link with RSD too?

  • A valuable resource

As a neurodivergent person myself, I'm always on the lookout for resources that help me make sense of my wonky brain. This podcast is an absolute gem. It's refreshing to hear from both ADHD individuals and experts who really understand the unique challenges we face.

  • Diverse and incredibly insightful talks with amazing people!

As a woman in my late 30s just now going through the diagnosis process, this podcast has been so affirming and educational. I don’t think Brooke realizes how much of an impact she is having on people’s lives just by being her authentic self and being willing to have these sometimes difficult and vulnerable conversations with experts across the field of ADHD, and with everyday people. Signed- a thankful fellow adhd-er who has needed to hear these things for my entire life ❤️

  • A Gifted Interviewer

I was recently interviewed by Brooke for her podcast series. As someone who has been in the field for over 25 years and having been interviewed on many webinars, podcasts, and for articles, etc., I was incredibly impressed with Brooke’s style, curiosity, intelligence, and more. This was probably the best podcast experience I’ve ever had, thanks to her professionalism and her fearless, yet gentle way of bringing out the best of me as her guest.

Brook’s questions made me think. They were geared t... more
