As I am aging, I am noticing a difference in my breathing techniques. I enjoy this podcast because Eric explains the different breathing techniques. I have used them in the gym, and at night to help me go to sleep!! I have noticed a significant difference in both! I appreciate the clarity that Eric brings and the easy understanding.
