Mitch has created a beautiful platform to encourage other men in embracing their wholeness. As a guest, I felt very comfortable with him. He cares deeply about mens' wellness and thoughtfully curates his show to that effect. It also shows in the way he actively listens and engages with his guests. It was such a pleasure to talk with him!
Mitch is a great interviewer, and clearly cares about providing quality content to his audience
It is great to have access to this kind of material. The name Slowdown Man is a great name for a spiritual growth potcast. It it a very simple and whole way to describe what this remembering path is all about.
Unlike other podcast hosts, Mitch does NOT interrupt and is genuinely curious about the topics he discusses with guests. I had a great time as a guest on the podcast. Chill podcast host and a great interviewer—highly recommend!

As a young guy who’s dabbled in the typical mindfulness practices, it’s nice to learn about what other men do to find peace and happiness. Already I’ve implemented some of the things Mitch talks about in my life - they’re not miracle cures but with consistency you do notice how implementing these practices can make your outlook just a little more positive.
