We all have some kind of trauma. Sidekick Stories does a great job of reframing that trauma as a positive experience that we can use to inspire ourselves and others.
Fantastic frankness! Some guests tell the very personal stories and it helps to learn from their experience and paths.
A fascinating podcast! I love hearing real-life stories that I can relate to and this show really does give me that... amazing to hear everyday people talking about their mental health journeys and what’s helped them cope through life’s ups and downs. Gives me hope that I am not alone in my struggles and confidence to face my fears and persevere every day. 10,000% recommend!
Honest, frank, informative and occasionally very funny.
Highly recommended.
The conversations on this podcast about mental health are so open and honest - it’s really interesting to hear other people’s stories and the various things they’ve tried to improve their mindset and wellbeing. I definitely recommend the show to anyone interested in learning more about how everyday people deal with their mental health and well-being.
Its really great to hear conversations with normal every day people, like you and me, discussing their struggles. So many things I thought only I struggled with, I am hearing week in week out. It’s definitely normalising mental health and encouraging us all to speak up. A must listen!
