This podcast just got me running again after many many months off. I barely paid attention to the time or mileage, as my mind was fixated on the crime! I was, however, able to focus on my form as Christine seamlessly reminds you to do so in between all the stabbings and blood. Awesome podcast. I’m telling all my runner friends!
I freaking love Coach Christine. This coached podcast is sometimes scary - after all, it is true crime. But Coach adds a bit of glitter with her beautiful laugh and happy talk, in between the scary stories. I’m a big fan.
This is the perfect podcast for the run. She guides you through your run and makes it fun along the way, and the true crime is intriguing and may even just make you turn around and run the other way. Coach Christine has such a great personality and it shines through the crime. Love to binge these on a longer run!
